At Duy Hai Agarwood, we are not only a store — we are also a traditional agarwood workshop in Vietnam with over 35 years of experience.

Our journey begins deep in the forests, where natural agarwood materials are carefully sourced and selected. From raw agarwood to finished products, every step is handled directly by our team with care, experience, and respect for the natural character of agarwood.

After sourcing, the materials are brought back to our workshop, where they are handcrafted into bracelets, 108 beads, incense, agarwood chips, and agarwood oil. Each piece is made with attention to natural scent, oil content, texture, and authenticity.

We are committed to offering authentic natural agarwood without artificial fragrance or chemical enhancement.

To ensure transparency and product authenticity, our agarwood products are inspected and tested through recognized organizations and certification processes.

• Maximum Grade S classification (Grade S – Sinkable Natural Agarwood) for fully sinkable agarwood products.

13. Sinkability

• Yes: For products that completely sink to the bottom of AGALAB’s standard testing container using distilled water.

• None: For all other floating or non-sinking conditions in water.

14. Oil Color

Indicates the color characteristics of the agarwood oil lines according to the International Agarwood Color Scale standard.

15. Oil Shape

Indicates the shape and structure of the oil lines based on international agarwood classification standards.
