All orders are shipped from Vietnam via international air freight or international courier services.

Orders are carefully packed and processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Processing time is separate from the estimated shipping transit time below.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package is delayed, please contact us so that we can assist with tracking and communicate with the shipping carrier.

If a package is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will review the case and work with the customer to determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
